Kwarz 15 Year Promotional Warranty

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Supplier warrants that Kwarz worksurfaces will at the time of delivery and for a period of 15 years from the date of delivery be free from defects in the adherence of the constituent particulars provided that they have been installed:
        (a) as supplied without being cut, reshaped, sanded or relocated;
        (b) in a single, approved, indoor commercial environment;
        (c) bearing the Kwarz logo and badge(s);
        (d) by an approved installer.
  2. This warranty is limited to the replacement of any worksurface shown to be defective together with, where necessary, the replacement of any other Kwarz worksurface to which it has been jointed.
  3. This warranty does not extend to the cost of labour to remove and/or install or fabricate and/or joint any such replacement worksurfaces and liability for any consequential losses whether incurred by the purchaser or the purchaser's ultimate customer is expressly excluded.

This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
